Chief Human Resources Officer

Mr. R. N. Maurya joined Boparai’s Martial Security Pvt. Ltd. in 1979, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey that now spans over 47 years. Throughout this extraordinary tenure, Mr. Maurya has been instrumental in shaping the company’s human resources landscape all across India. His contributions have not only supported the organization’s expansion but have also helped define its enduring standards of operational excellence.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, he has led the PAN India HR operations, payroll, compliance, and legal functions with an unwavering commitment to precision, integrity, and foresight. His deep domain expertise and nuanced understanding of regulatory frameworks have consistently positioned the Boparai Group on the right side of compliance, even amidst a rapidly evolving legal and corporate environment.

Few professionals embody the rare combination of strategic thinking, institutional knowledge, and hands-on execution the way Mr. Maurya does. His continued leadership remains a cornerstone of the group’s HR and compliance functions along with guiding, mentoring, and setting benchmarks that reflect both depth and distinction.

Mr. Bawkar (CFO) joined Boparai’s Martial Security Pvt. Ltd. in 2002 as an Accounts Manager. Over his 22-year journey, he has played a vital role in the growth of BMSPL. His continued contribution, especially in managing the finances of Boparai Group across PAN India, reflects his expertise. He has set a remarkable example of dedication, talent, and perseverance

Mr Javed Bepari

Senior Vice President

Mr. Jaaved Bepari brings over 30 years of experience in Electronic Security, Telecom, E-Surveillance, and Command Centre Operations. With a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management, he combines strong technical expertise with solid leadership skills.

He has established a strong record across operations management, solution design, product engineering, and business development. His domain knowledge spans CCTV and video surveillance, integrated command centres, intruder alarm systems, enterprise security platforms, and IoT-based monitoring solutions.

A key milestone in his career is founding the E-Surveillance division at Boparai’s Martial Security Pvt. Ltd., where he conceptualised and built the organisation’s Command Centre from the ground up. Under his leadership, it evolved into a benchmark for advanced monitoring and technology-driven surveillance.

Across senior roles including AGM, GM, Director, and COO, Mr. Jaaved has consistently led organisational growth and operational excellence. In his current position, he continues to strengthen CMS through digital transformation, improved delivery frameworks, and robust, technology-enabled surveillance outcomes for clients.

Mrs. Hakshelia Daisy

Director's PA

Mrs. Hakshelia Daisy has been an integral part of the Boparai’s Martial family since 2011. She began her journey with the organization as a Branch Co-coordinator, where she skillfully managed back-office operations and maintained strong customer relationships.

In 2013, she transitioned into the Tender Department, where her dedication, strategic insight, and persistence played a crucial role in securing several government contracts. Her outstanding customer service and business development acumen have significantly contributed to building lasting client partnerships and driving the company’s growth.

Mrs. Daisy is also well-versed in managing examinations related to security services on a Pan-India scale, handling vendor management, leading client meetings, and exploring new business opportunities. Her ability to manage tasks effectively, even under tight deadlines, is frequently recognized and appreciated by clients.

Her unwavering support, adaptability, and commitment to excellence led to her elevation as the Director’s Personal Assistant — a role in which she continues to deliver exceptional value to the organization.

Mrs. Anita Daral

Head Operations - North

Mrs. Anita Daral joined Boparai’s Martial Security Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 as General Manager – Operations. With a total of 25 years of experience in the dynamic security industry, she has leveraged her expertise to establish a strong presence across the entire Northern region. She is responsible for overseeing Operations, Vendor Management, Payroll, and Manpower Deployment. Her dedication to her role has significantly contributed to strengthening Boparai’s Group in the North, and her journey with the company continues as she drives further growth and excellence.

Mr. Pradeep

Shri Pradeep Kolatheril brings extensive experience in security, risk management, and large-scale operations, built on a strong foundation as a Former Assistant Commandant, CRPF. He has held senior leadership roles in global organisations including G4S, OEC Records (as AVP), and Iron Mountain (as GSRRS Manager), where he oversaw Global Safety, Risk, and Security functions across 60+ branches in India.

As the Senior Vice President of BR Martial Security, he leads Pan-India business operations and business development, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and nationwide security performance.

He is recognised for his disciplined leadership, operational acumen, and commitment to delivering reliable, technology-driven security solutions

Mr. Dilesh

Mr. Dilesh Thavai brings an impressive 24 years of rich, hands-on experience to the field. Armed with a Diploma in Diesel Mechanical Engineering, he stepped into the industry in 2002 and has since built an inspiring legacy of leadership, dedication, and operational mastery.

Today, Mr. Dilesh stands as a pillar of strength at Boparai’s Martial Security Pvt. Ltd., serving as the Head of Operations – PAN India. His dynamic leadership, strategic approach, and unmatched industry insight have played a pivotal role in elevating the company’s nationwide operations.

Throughout his illustrious career, he has contributed his expertise to some of the industry’s most respected names, including Top Security, Eagle Security, and SIS.
